Your own Strength and Conditioning Coach
Many pro golfers have coaches that help them physically prepare for top performance, and now you can too. Just like with any other sport, golfers benefit from a strength and conditioning coach that helps improve and maintain strength, flexibility and stability.


What are the details ?
The Phoenix Fitness Mobility and Strength for Golfers program is coaching course and is 6 weeks long. Each week includes 2 30-40 minute pre-recorded strength training session, 1 pre-recorded 30-60 minute dynamic stretching class, and 2 LIVE online 30-45 minute mobility training sessions.
