Hi Charyl, It is hard to believe that it has been six weeks! I was just practicing my swing with my swing trainer last night. I can see that my flexibility has increased significantly. The course has helped me to improve the position of my hands in my back swing. I can almost line up the club parallel to the floor in the backswing without bending my elbows. This is only accomplished because you helped me to increase my back flexibility which has allowed me to turn more and load up on my right foot. It allows me to swing the club faster. When I started the course I was swinging at 74 mph now I am swinging at 88 mph. I think as I continue to work with the program after it ends this week I will be able to continue to improve my flexibility and my speed.
