Here at Pheonix Fitness YMS, my aim is to offer a safe and welcoming community that explores and guides students through a complete yoga practice. This includes not only the physical postures, but mindfulness, breathwork and meditation as well. You will have the opportunity to join in on live yoga classes, or practice on your own time with replays or pre-recorded classes.
