Here at Phoenix Fitness YMS, my aim is teach how to be active and engaged in your yoga poses instead of just going through the motions and making the shapes. Dive deeper into your physical practice whenever and wherever you want with full access to on demand detailed pose tutorials and full length classes with focus on ideal muscle activation to build strength and stamina. It is also important to me to guide students through a complete yoga practice. This includes not only the physical postures, but mindfulness, breathwork and meditation as well.
